Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 23 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) by our wonderful volunteers.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder, or email us at for assistance.
  • We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Local Pickup

  • Free in-person pickup is available at our Volunteer Centre.
  • An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup with available hours and details.

    International Shipping

    At this time we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

    Returns & Exchanges

    If you don't love your purchase, don't worry, we are here to help! We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return postage.

    Returned items must be:

    • In brand new, unworn condition
    • Item(s) must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged
    • Item(s) must include original packaging and tags
    • Item(s) must be accompanied by original packing slip

    Certain product categories are final sale, and ineligible for return, including (but not limited to) face masks and coverings, and other items marked on their product pages as final sale.

    Damaged Items

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
